Installation services

Installation services are customized services based on individual orders, and according to Finnish consumer protection law, they are not eligible for return once the service has been performed.

The 14-day cancellation or refund policy does not apply to installation services booked online once the service has been performed..

Product returns

Products (e.g., bike racks, transport boxes) have a 14-day exchange and return policy from the moment you receive the product..

Terms and conditions for returning products:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging..
  • The customer should primarily return the product to the store. If the product needs to be sent by mail, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

The order will be refunded once the product has been returned and an approved condition check has been carried out. Any refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Non-refundable products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or vehicle-specific services
  • Used or installed products
  • Gift cards
