Frequently asked questions

Does the additional light work with the automatic light control?

As a general rule, we recommend using the auxiliary light manually from the car's own switch. We cannot guarantee the functionality of the automatic light, the main reason being the increased lumen output of the auxiliary light, which the car's system is not built to understand.

Will there be a separate switch for the additional light?

Not in principle. The additional lights are installed to work together with the high beams. A separate switch can be installed for an additional fee of +100€.

Does the price shown on the website include installation?

Yes. The price shown on the website includes additional lighting, installation, and a 5-year warranty on the entire package.

Should we turn on the parking lights?

Not connected. According to Finnish legislation, parking lights may not be duplicated, therefore we do not connect the parking light of the additional light.

Can an additional light be installed below the license plate?

Generally yes. Installation below the license plate is considered on a case-by-case basis, and often increases the price of the package by around €25. Please mention this separately when booking. The price shown on our website includes installation above the license plate.

How do I activate PowerBoost mode?

Panel lights: the panels in our selection have a separate button that allows you to easily change the power mode.

Round auxiliary lights: these use UI technology. The power mode is changed using the car's light switch as follows:
1. Turn off the lights for 5 seconds
2. Turn on the lights for 2 seconds
3. Turn off the lights again
4. Flash the lights twice within about 1.5 seconds
After this, the power mode has changed to PowerBoost mode.

Which additional light is suitable for my car?

Our packages fit almost all car models directly, with the exception of Tesla. License plate mounting is always possible. However, the most important thing is to make sure that there are no accessories in the car that will be hidden behind the lights or obscured, such as parking sensors, cameras or cruise control sensors.

Referenssiluku kertoo kaukovalojen yhteenlasketun “voimakkuuden”, jonka lain määräämä yläraja on 100.
